Dimora delle Balze
Dimora delle Balze, nestled on the Iblean plateau in Eastern Sicily, Italy, is a meticulously restored 19th-century estate offering a unique luxury experience. Originally built in 1886 by Don Salvatore Zocco, the property underwent extensive restoration starting in 2009 by the Lops family, in collaboration with designers Stefano Guidotti and Draga Obradovic. This 27-hectare organic estate features 11 individually designed rooms, each spanning 25 to 50 square meters and named in tribute to Sicilian artists. Guests can enjoy the Lumia Organic Restaurant, the Arome Bar with views of the surrounding valley, and a saltwater pool. The hotel blends historical architecture, including Byzantine columns and frescoed ceilings, with contemporary design, distinguishing it as a premier Sicilian retreat.
