Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi opened in 2020 occupying the top six floors of the 39-storey Otemachi One Tower, directly opposite the Imperial Palace moat. Designed by Jean-Michel Gathy with interiors by Jean-Marie Massaud, the 190 rooms are the largest in central Tokyo, with floor-to-ceiling glass that frames the Palace gardens and, on clear days, Mt Fuji. The infinity pool is the city's most photographed, suspended at the building's edge above the gardens. Est by chef Guillaume Bracaval holds two Michelin stars; VIRTÙ on the 39th floor is one of Asia's 50 Best Bars.
